Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the night shift. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out, handling reservations and cancellations - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Perform night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of guest accounts - Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative duties as needed Experience: - Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software - Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and relations - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse guests This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment, providing valuable experience in guest services and front desk operations.
