Overview:
The Holiday Inn Express Detroit Metro Airport, professionally managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is currently seeking a friendly and service oriented individual to work its front desk.

The front desk agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and closing out guest accounts upon completion of their stay to meet the hotel\'s and brand\'s high standards of quality.

Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have some reception, clerical, and/or customer service experience to include a high level of comfort using web-based technology. Previous hotel experience preferred. Weekend availability required.
