What You'll Do
:
Carry a caseload of 12-15 children placed in Bloom foster homes.
Collaborate with foster families to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's emotional, physical, and behavioral needs.
Advocate fiercely for children--working with schools, courts, doctors, and case managers to make sure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
Conduct regular home visits and compliance checks to ensure safety and support.
Be part of an on-call rotation to provide after-hours assistance and crisis response.
Coordinate child placements, supervise documentation and reporting, and participate in team meetings and case planning.
Support, guide, and equip foster parents through training and resource development.
Who You Are:
Passionate about child welfare and trauma-informed care.
Skilled in case management, family systems, and cross-agency collaboration.

Comfortable in the field, confident in crises, and always ready to advocate.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field.
At least two years' experience in foster care case management preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Georgia Driver's License.
Able to pass a criminal records check, child protective services check, and motor vehicle check.
Experience working in GA Shines and GA Score preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must have a caring and positive attitude and be passionate about helping children and families in the foster care system.
