We are looking for a driven and customer-focused

Inside Sales Representative

to join our Foodservice Equipment team. This role is responsible for supporting customers throughout the equipment purchasing process, providing product expertise, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an understanding of commercial kitchen operations or foodservice equipment.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Customer Support



Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from business owners, chefs, contractors, and institutional clients. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable foodservice equipment, supplies, and solutions. Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and order confirmations; follow up to secure sales and answer customer questions. Establish solid relationships with customers by delivering timely and helpful service.

Product Knowledge



Maintain a strong working knowledge of commercial foodservice equipment, including cooking equipment, refrigeration, dishwashing, prep equipment, and smallwares. Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and manufacturer offerings. Provide clear product explanations and assist customers in comparing features or specifications.

Order & Project Coordination



Enter and manage sales orders using CRM/ERP systems. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery. Assist with project planning, equipment packages, and multi-item quotes for new builds or renovations. Help customers with warranty questions, equipment support, or troubleshooting.Maintain communication with vendors and service partners to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications



1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in foodservice equipment, commercial kitchens, or B2B sales. Strong understanding of foodservice industry operations is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
