Job description Dugin Pines is currently hiring a full time Director of Food Services. The Director of Food Service is responsible for providing management of the Dietary Department. We are looking for a Director with strong leadership skills that can effectively supervise staff. This role requires a problem solver who is well organized with the ability to prioritize the Departments needs. All aspects of Foodservice from ordering supplies, menu planning, overseeing meal prep and managing staff are included in this role.
- A certified dietary manager is preferred however, we are willing to work with the right candidate to obtain certification while on the job.
- Serve Safe certification is required.
- Three to Five years experience of Food Service management preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
