We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Assistant Food Service Director to our Aladdin Campus Dining team in Ave Maria, FL. As an Assistant Food Service Director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• 
  Managing and leading a team of associates.
• Assisting with planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the Foodservice Department.
• Assisting with the establishment of policies and procedures to provide administrative direction for menu formation; food preparation, distribution, and service; budgeting and purchasing; sanitation standards; safety practices; and staffing and staff development.
• Ensuring compliance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
Must-haves:

• 
  At least two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience coordinating food service operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating with both hourly staff and executives.
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Previous Catering experience.

Nice-to-haves:

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Previous Higher Education Dining experience.

Benefits and Compensation: The compensation for this position starts at $60,000 annually and goes up depending on experience. The benefits we offer are:
