Four Seasons Resort O\xe2\x80\x99ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Noe Food Runner who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Noe Food Runner reports to the Noe General Manager and serves guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests.

Noe is where Chef Ryo\xe2\x80\x99s vision comes to life in the most unexpected ways. The best choice for special occasions, its changing menu will have you returning again and again to try the dishes best described as Capri-meets-Oahu. Southern Italy\xe2\x80\x99s characteristic light flavors shape dishes inspired by local seafood, top quality meats and homemade pastas accompanied by Italian wines \xe2\x80\x93 many never before available in Hawaii. Most tables are outdoors, overlooking the ocean and the neighbouring Lanikuhonua Cultural Estate \xe2\x80\x93 ideal for romantic sunset and starlight dining.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
