Cafe Operations Manager

to lead hospitality operations at a prestigious banking client.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing a team of Sodexo hourly associates. You'll serve as the key point of contact for client interactions, driving service excellence and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage cafe operations to meet Sodexo and client standards Ensure high levels of client and guest satisfaction through exceptional service Supervise and develop frontline team members Monitor financial performance and meet budgetary goals Collaborate with client partners to continuously improve service

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
