Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills:
- Banquet experience is a plus
- Culinary knowledge and skills are beneficial
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and presentation standards
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
