What you'll do

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday celebrations. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients to understand their preferences and offering personalized recommendations. Manage inventory by stocking flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times. Processing and ordering flowers for special events. Creating custom recipes. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety standards in floral design. Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising strategies that enhance the visual appeal of the store. Stay updated on current trends in floral design and special events inspire innovative creations. Assist in retail sales efforts by promoting seasonal products and special offers to customers.

Experience

Proven experience in floral design or a related field is preferred, showcasing your creativity and technical skills. Strong knowledge of retail floristry, weddings, sympathy and special events will set you a part. Knowledge of all floral species and care. Strong independent skills for floral installations, mechanics and design. Familiarity with social media and marketing is aplud. Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers and understanding their needs effectively. Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or cash handling will enhance your ability to thrive in this role. Multilingual abilities are highly valued as we serve a diverse clientele. Organizational skills are crucial for managing inventory and maintaining an orderly workspace. A passion for customer service will drive your success in creating delightful experiences for every visitor.
