Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.Work Experience:Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience. ICU, emergency or home care/hospice experience within last 5 years preferred.

Education Qualifications:

Minimum of one year recent (within 5 years ) adult ICU, Emergency Department, or acute care Obstetrics experience

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Current Minnesota license as an RN. May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending upon work location.





Must maintain current CPR certification on an annual basis.



Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health 's insurer
