This is an exciting opportunity to join the Fleet Team at UtiliQuest, LLC as a Fleet Analyst. UtiliQuest, LLC has been a leading provider of quality underground utility damage prevention for over three decades. Meet the team

The Fleet Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization in monitoring and auditing the company\xe2\x80\x99s fleet systems. As a result, we hold ourselves to high standards and expectations in providing excellence in asset management. It is key that you are a self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills, and are ready to add value to our team on day one. The Fleet Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Fleet Services. In this role, the ideal candidate will prepare weekly fleet forecast plans, audit assignments across multiple systems, process additions and removals of +100 employees and assets to multiple systems each month. The Fleet Analyst will also work closely with both corporate fleet and field fleet employees to ensure all data is correct and up to date allowing the company to make the best decisions.

The day to day

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and audit asset assignments across the current 5 fleet and equipment systems.
  • Enter new company assets into all fleet and equipment systems.
  • Process new employees in all fleet and equipment systems.
  • Remove terminated employees\xe2\x80\x99 status in all fleet and equipment systems.
  • Process all employee and asset transfers.
  • Prepare a weekly fleet forecast plan to include headcount, vehicle count, equipment count, and projected training classes to facilitate transfers and allocation of company assets.
  • Audit property tax bills.
  • Prepare fleet maintenance and oil change reports.
  • Prepare fuel analysis reports monitoring for fraud and mileage.
Qualifications

What do you need\xe2\x80\xa6?

Required skills for success:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required. An Associate Degree in Computer Science is preferred, or at least two years of related experience in a data field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Suite with the ability to learn new systems and software related to the role.
  • Demonstrable experience using higher functions in Excel including but not limited to Vlookups, Pivot Tables, simple macros, etc.
  • Proficiency in using PowerBI, Tableau, and other data visualization programs.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to project professionalism in client and employee interactions.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Collaborative approach and friendly attitude when supporting Teams.
