Employee Requirements

All employees are expected to arrive on the job site on time with no drug or alcohol in their systems Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test Must have a current driver's License that is acceptable by our current insurer Must have a DOT Med card or to be able to pass the physical to obtain a DOT med card Must clock into our electric timecard system daily Must have hammer, tape, nail apron, steel toed boots, and rubber overshoes

Job Duties

Ability to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concrete Must be able to read and follow commercial & residential blueprints Must do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks and trailers Must help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions Must have good time management and organizational skills Ability to work with job engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner at all times Responsible for the crew's efficiency Must have correct information to the crew in a timely manner Responsible for reviewing weekly timecards to ensure accuracy Responsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely manner Knowledge of local flatwork codes

5+ Years experience preferred Have good communication skills Must be able to lead by example Must have quick problem solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to motivate without cursing and demeaning Ability to coach and grow employees Travel may be required Must be team-oriented with the ability to lead by example and recognize that all employees are valued members of Summit Siteworks
