Job Description
We are currently hiring for the fish market to fill the position of Fish Cutter at our Pier 38 location. Will be mixing poke and portioning fish. 1 Year of Experience in Fish Cutting is preferred. Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right person for the job. Must have a sense of urgency. This is a full-time position.
Must be a resident on the Island of Oahu. Tips are included!There is also now a $500 bonus after 3 months probation
Must have open availability. Must be able to work weekends. We are looking for serious, long-term hires.
