DUTIES:
+ Coordinating project timelines, documentation, and procurement
+ Supporting fire inspections, code compliance, and enforcement efforts
+ Assisting with fire investigations and maintaining accurate records
+ Serving as a liaison between teams, contractors, and external partners
+ Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency or after-hours support
+ You may also be required to attend fire scenes or inspection sites and work flexible hours based on assignment needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (degree in related field preferred)
+ Experience in project coordination, fire service, or emergency operations preferred
+ Familiarity with fire codes and inspection procedures a plus
+ KY Law Enforcement Certification preferred, not required
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Valid driver's license
+ Able to remain calm in high-pressure situations
SALARY:
$21.40/hr.WORK HOURS:
