What We're Looking For:
We're especially seeking candidates with experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant environments. Ideal candidates should have:
A strong understanding of service etiquette and guest engagement The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, elevated setting A polished, professional presence Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Bartenders must also be confident in:
Craft cocktail knowledge Speed and accuracy Upselling and guest interaction
