Job Overview:
Metro Professional Services, a distinguished 8a, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in professional services, aircrew training, and operations support, is currently seeking a dedicated Financial Services Program Manager to join our dynamic team for a contract we are currently going after at Ellsworth AFB, SD. As a Financial Services Program Manager for Metro, you will provide continuity to and in support of the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) Financial Management (FM) Directorate, specifically a function or team handling Finance, Manpower, and Financial Management (FMFK), focusing on global financial operations, readiness, and support for Airmen, like travel pay processing, ensuring resources flow efficiently for installation and mission support worldwide. .

Responsibilities:
- Serves as a focal point for all contractor personnel actions
- Identifies and coordinates with AFIMSC/FMFK leadership on training needs of contractor personnel
- Makes decisions on conduct and/or complaints presented by peers and AFIMSC/FMFK supervisors
- Administers disciplinary measures such as warnings, reprimands, terminations, and is responsible for cultivating a work environment free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
- Ensures the successful completion of required training and testing by all contractor personnel

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Program Management experience in military finance or budget. Documentation of manager or supervisory training certification must be reflected on resume
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is not required, but highly desired
- Familiarity/expertise with Air Force Financial Management Systems and applications related to functions associated with position
- Secret clearance
