Main responsibilities include: - Assisting and managing Billing Specialist. - Resolving denials, appeals and other claim problems. - Processing payments within billing system and interacting with Bookkeeper on deposit reconciliations. Skills Required: - Minimum 3-5 years as ground and/or air ambulance biller. - Experience resolving appeals and denials. - Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in writing. - Ability to think critically and prioritize - Ability to work independently - Knowledge of AdvanceClaim software a plus.
