Augusta Mitsubishi is searching for a top-level, customer-focused, goal-driven Finance Manager. We are looking for a true seasoned professional who can achieve targeted results while maintaining a best-in-class car buying experience, helping us to earn customers for life. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders. \xc2\xb7 Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services. \xc2\xb7 Present warranties, credit insurance, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the dealership. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. \xc2\xb7 Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience. \xc2\xb7 Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership\xe2\x80\x99s Accounting Department in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors. Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• One or more years of F&I management experience
• Must show a proven track record for performance and CSI.
• Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree or experience preferred.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

Supplemental pay types:
