WHO YOU ARE

The function of the Finance Division is to provide strategic financing strategies input and leadership advice on decision making issues affecting the company\'s financial health.

The Finance Manager position is responsible for effectively managing all aspects our loans to include construction draws, financial compliance, and financial analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Leads a team accountable for the performance and results of a function or a business.
  • Executes assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
  • Promotes a culture of open communication.
  • Focused on current implementation of company initiatives.
  • Focused on formulating the company\'s division agenda.
  • Responsible for examining and evaluating the company\'s process.
  • Responsible for solving problems such as, where are the shortfalls and bottlenecks, what\'s working and what\'s failing.
  • Create and update schedules and budget for the division or region within their department.
  • Develop strong working relationships with external lenders to provide financing opportunities for various entities managed by Grey Collar Enterprises LLC and its Subsidiaries.
  • Pro-forma analysis and review on acquisitions as well as current properties including project lookback analysis. Pro-forma creation as needed.
  • Maintains loan covenants which includes calculating, compiling, submission and tracking of loan compliance.
  • Maintains amortization schedules for all outstanding loans, which includes the approval of loan invoices.
  • Assists with the submittal of construction draws.
  • Maintain completeness and accuracy of newly documented facilities loan files and ensure communication within the Company.
  • Assisting with loan closing and documents.
  • Compile and review financial analysis on a regular basis to drive strategic decisions and drive organization initiatives.

Requirements:

WHAT WE NEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) Education
  • Bachelor\'s degree with a concentration in Real Estate or Finance
Experience and/or Training
  • General understanding of contracts, insurance requirements and terminology related to real estate and purchasing.
  • Ability to interpret contract terms and conditions, government regulations and subsequent communications to others.
  • Highly motivated individual who can work with considerable independence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and accuracy to documentation is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, good analytical and organization skills.
  • Strong commitment to team-oriented service delivery.
Technology/Equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
WHAT WE PREFER Education
  • Bachelor\'s Degree with a concentration in Real Estate or Finance
Experience and/or Training
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience of commercial lending/banking in the real estate industry.
Technology/Equipment
  • Excel, Argus, MRI
