Groove Auto is actively hiring a Finance Liaison- Billing Clerk to join our growing team in Centennial, CO.
Pay range is based on experience and qualifications: $21.00 - $23.00 Per hour

Finance Liaison/Billing Clerk\'s role is to prepare transactions, verify the accuracy, and confirm appropriate documentation before submitting them to the designated lending institution. In addition, the position is accountable for ensuring all retail vehicle sales and inventory are processed and posted within recognized company standards.
Who You Are:
- You have excellent time management skills, and your organizational skills drive efficiency
- You can manage competing priorities and stay positive when under pressure to meet funding deadlines and billing cutoffs
- You are a team player and hold yourself and your team members accountable in a supportive and collaborative approach
- You are a strong communicator and can monitor communication channels to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- You have proven to be efficient and compliant with operational, accounting, and billing processes.
- You have practical critical thinking skills & exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- You are resourceful with strong problem-solving skills, and making decisions is easy.
- Ensure all retail vehicle sales are processed within recognized company standards.
- Posting daily funding from banks and making adjusting entries as needed
- Maintaining/reconciling schedules for aftermarket vendors. Submit payments and make accounting entries.
- Ensure all retail vehicle sales have appropriate documentation according to company revenue recognition policies using the deal checklist.
- Ensure that funding from lenders occurs on time.
- Automotive accounting, funding, or billing is preferred- not required
- Advanced skills in key Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen for illegal substances
