Position Overview: Finance Liaison/Billing Clerk\'s role is to prepare transactions, verify the accuracy, and confirm appropriate documentation before submitting them to the designated lending institution. In addition, the position is accountable for ensuring all retail vehicle sales and inventory are processed and posted within recognized company standards. Who You Are:

Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure all retail vehicle sales are processed within recognized company standards.
Posting daily funding from banks and making adjusting entries as needed
Maintaining/reconciling schedules for aftermarket vendors. Submit payments and make accounting entries.
Ensure all retail vehicle sales have appropriate documentation according to company revenue recognition policies using the deal checklist.
Automotive accounting, funding, or billing is preferred- not required
Advanced skills in key Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen for illegal substances
