We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Finance Associate with a passion for customer engagement and business growth in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support the finance department in facilitating the financing of heavy-duty trucks, ensuring smooth and accurate deal processing for Mack, Volvo, and Hino trucks. This entry-level position will work closely with the Finance Manager to learn the ins and outs of truck financing and assist in the day-to-day operations of the finance office.

Functions & Responsibilities:




Assist in processing customer financing applications and securing approval from lending institutions. Prepare and review finance documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and state/federal regulations. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of financing options with truck sales. Communicate with customers regarding finance options, loan terms, and approval status. Manage customer finance files and ensure proper documentation is maintained for audit purposes. Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager, including scheduling appointments and tracking deal progress. Assist in preparing reports related to financing, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. Learn and stay current on financing programs available for Mack, Volvo, and Hino trucks, including lease and loan structures. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding paperwork or financing approvals. Support other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager. Assist with Floor Plan audits

Education & Experience:




3-5 years of previous dealership or automotive finance experience High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of finance and credit principles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a professional, ethical manner. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
