Financial Funder

to join our growing team!

About the Role:

The Financial Funder will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure all sold deals are accurately funded. You'll communicate directly with lending companies, verify deal documentation, and help keep the funding process running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist salespeople and finance team with funding sold deals Communicate directly with lenders regarding deal status, documentation, and funding requirements Review contracts and deal packets for completeness and accuracy Track funding timelines and follow up on pending deals Maintain organized records and reports related to funding activities Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and goals

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Automotive finance or dealership experience preferred (but not required)
