The selected applicant must be a reliable worker, able to work in a team atmosphere including receiving directives from various managers, be able to work independently, possess strong decision making skills, have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task. Must have a minimum of five years office experience. Must be able to pass skills test If selected for an interview.
$17 and up - Pay commensurate with experience.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Data Entry
Invoicing
Communication with vendors
Resolving billing issues
Problem Solving
Effective follow up
Assisting sales staff and team members
Reconciliations
Various other duties as needed
Ability to work M-F during typical daytime business hours. Nights or weekends generally not required
