Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Finance Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth flow of financial information. You will assist in managing financial records, processing transactions, and providing essential support to the finance department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has exceptional customer service skills, and solid computer experience!
What you'll do
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with precision
Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports
Collaborate with finance team to ensure timely financial reporting
Utilize financial software to track transactions and generate reports
Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and provide assistance as needed
Support redeterminations for NH Medicaid.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in financial software applications and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
