Summary

: The Filing Clerk is responsible for organizing records in an efficient and correct manner, enabling easy and quick retrieval.

Essential Duties

:

Basic working knowledge of filing methods Detailed-oriented and highly organized Accurately file paperwork and files in correct locations Remain fully compliant with Company HR trainings Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Ability to bend to file Ability to lift boxes over 10 pounds Ability to work in hot and cold environments at times Must be focused, detail oriented and very thorough
