Day Shift - 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts, rotating 8 days on / 6 days off)

About the Role

We are hiring

Field Technicians / General Laborers

to support active mining exploration projects in Beatty, NV. This is a

day shift position (6 AM - 4 PM)

that includes

core handling, drill site support, and general labor tasks

.

No mining experience required -- training is provided. This is a great opportunity for motivated workers who want steady hours, competitive pay, and hands-on experience in Nevada's mining industry.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and record drill core at the drill pad. Safely transport core boxes to the core shed for processing. Deliver and stage drill supplies, fuel, and materials. Perform site upkeep: pad staking, trash cleanup, and basic road/laydown maintenance. Monitor wells, fuel stations, and drill support equipment. Operate hand tools and drive 4x4 pickup trucks as needed. Enter basic data accurately and communicate updates via radio, WhatsApp, and email. Follow all site safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor. Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded. Able to work outdoors in

extreme desert conditions

. Basic data entry and communication skills. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a team. Prior mining, drilling, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (10 hours)

Rotation:

8 days on / 6 days off

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience Overtime opportunities may be available
