Excellent Field Marketing opportunity with an incredible on site team at the University of Texas Austin. Sodexo is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist 2 based at The University of Texas in Austin, TX. This is a Full-Time professional level opportunity that will support marketing campaigns for the UT Athletics department, UT Law School and Texas Performing Arts Center. Relocation Assistance is available.

Our successful candidate will work closely with our Catering, Concessions, Performance Nutrition and Retail teams, manage all marketing for specialty catering events, daily operation and UT sporting events, manage social media, technology, POS screens, advertising and customer/student surveys for multiple options. Will also work directly with Sodexo corporate and regional marketing team to develop and grow the business.

Sodexo\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing professionals work with operations teams to develop marketing strategies that provide a high level of service and innovation for multiple cafes, catering, micro markets, brands and retail stores. Marketing is focused on growth strategies for increasing sales for the unit, improving customer satisfaction and promoting Sodexo\xe2\x80\x99s Brand.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead a marketing team that MAY include Marketing Unit Coordinators, Graphic Artists and Marketing Interns, and work with managers, clients, the District Manager and Vice President in all matters relating to marketing, to help establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship
• Be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all marketing activities throughout the enterprise, through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience
