Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 11am to 8pm with weekend availability. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Marketing Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by canvassing neighborhood and promoting our services directly to homeowners. You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, maintain accurate records of all sales activities, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads and identify potential customers
• Promote our products and services to homeowners and effectively communicate the benefits of choosing Erie Home
• Set appointments and achieve monthly sales quotas
• Follow up with leads and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, including leads, appointments, and sales
• Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on our products and services
• Represent Erie Home in a professional manner at all times and adhere to our company\'s code of conduct

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
