Requirements:

• Complete a one-week basic management course
• Hire, train, and develop a team of entry-level marketing representatives
• Transport team to local neighborhoods to schedule appointments (leads) door-to-door
• Maintain a monthly team production of at least 100 issued leads
• Maintain a team minimum of $100,000 in net sales per month
• MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE

Compensation \xe2\x80\x93 Base plus UNCAPPED Bonus

• Base: $49,000/annually
• Daily Bonus:

• $75.00 for two issued leads
• $50.00 per issued lead for leads 3 -4
• $75.00 per issued lead after 5 issued leads
• Monthly Bonus:

• $2000 after $240,000 in net team sales
• $3000 after $440,000 in net team sales
• $5000 after $640,000 in net team sales
• Minimum $750 monthly bonus for 100 net issued leads
• Average first-year earnings of $50,00 - $70,000, top performers earn over $100k

Experience & Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
• Previous marketing experience preferred but not required
• Previous leadership/management experience preferred but not required
