Job Description

The Field Coordinator is a salaried supervisory position responsible for staff development and support, client engagement and transition, and achieving key metrics. This position oversees a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSP) that provide IHS with Training supports to clients out in the field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



The Field Coordinator responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Staff Development and Support



Oversee field staff placement, development, and performance management. Maintain a high level of engagement with direct reports Foster a culture of communication, engagement and recognition Address and resolve Field Staff concerns, providing feedback for development Develop skills and competencies in direct reports Develop high potential DSP Field Staff into Senior DSP's and other elevated positions. Field Engagement Visits: Scheduling visits with field staff every quarter. Making sure new field staff are at the level they need to be, and insuring they are hitting key metrics. Organizing company connection events with staff within your area Provide coaching and feedback to Field Staff on policy, operational processes, and client interaction opportunities observed while on site. Annual reviews - Partnering with HR to ensure completion

Manage Client Transitions



Direct involvement and engagement with clients for all staff transitions. Provide clients support throughout staff transition. Ensure each client receives service and communication weekly. Work with compliance team members to coordinate and initiate services after intake. Maintain case notes to assist with placements and client transitions.

Achieving Key Metrics



Manage scheduling and payroll for Field Staff including scheduling modifications (client changes / field staff call offs); replacing or reallocating hours to maximize revenue. A Field Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a client focused support schedule to maximize budget utilization. Key metrics include total weekly hours, hours utilization, client and staff engagement and staff turnover rate.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
