About the Role

We're hiring a Fence Installer to join our crew at Round TUIT Fencing. This position starts in a Support role, with a clear path to:

Installer within 6 months Team Leader potential within 9 months
If you take pride in hard work, want to learn a skilled trade, and see yourself growing into leadership, this may be a great fit.

What You'll Do (Starting Role - Support)

Load/unload materials and tools Keep job sites clean and organized Pour concrete, backfill posts, and assist installers Help with measuring, leveling, and layout Learn fence systems, tools, and job flow

Growth Opportunities

As skills and responsibility increase, you'll move into:

Installing posts, panels, gates, and wire Operating augers, post drivers, saws, and levels Problem-solving on job sites Leading crews and communicating with customers (for top performers)

Construction or fencing experience is a plus, but not required.
