Your Role:

As a Fence Installer, you'll lead and execute fence installation projects from start to finish. You'll ensure top-tier craftsmanship, meet deadlines, and maintain our high standards of quality and safety. Effective communication with clients and team members will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and complete fence installations with precision and efficiency Uphold company quality and safety standards Maintain clear communication with team members and clients Lead by example and help guide less experienced crew members Ensure timely project completion

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of fence installation experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
