We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience - as a foreman - installing wood, vinyl, chain link and ornamental aluminum fence. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations. The Fence Installer will be responsible for managing the installation process from start to finish, including supervising crew members and maintaining communication with clients.
Responsibilities
Install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental.
Read and interpret worksheets to determine installation requirements.
Manage the installation process, ensuring that all work is completed on time.
Supervise crew members - one other person - during installation projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all installations meet company standards.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any changes or issues that arise.

Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a DOT physical for a Medical Card (CDL NOT required)
