Calling all Nurturers and Home Managers! We are currently seeking honest and nurturing individuals with a love for serving others to join our team at The Mommy Mentor (TMM)! This opportunity is perfect for moms with older or grown children, as their years of experience and wisdom are a huge bonus! Younger women with a passion for families, who are organized, nurturing, diligent and hard-working could also be a great fit! Lastly, depending upon experience with children and families, this could be a great opportunity for education, social work, or psychology students to gain experience in the field and apply the theories and techniques they are learning in their courses to real-life situations.
Job Duties
(will vary based on placement/skill)
Childcare
The ages of the children of our clients range from newborn to school age. Our client base is mainly first-time parents or parents who have just welcomed their second or third child.
Home Organization
Your role as a contractor for TMM centers around supporting and uplifting the families who hire us. Generally, having a newborn is an overwhelming experience. Things like dishes, laundry, and basic chores fall by the wayside, causing stress as they pile up. It will be your job to help families with light housekeeping (e.g. dishes, laundry, general tidying, special organization projects, etc.) and help their home remain (or return to being) a safe and nurturing environment for both the children and parents.
Errands and Family Support
Our goal is to take care of the little things so parents can focus on what matters most! Sometimes having groceries already picked up, dry cleaning dropped off, and their home neat and tidy can be the difference between a great week and a stressful one. It will be your job to help families with whatever they need to make their household run smoothly!
Who We Are Looking For
Our clients trust us to enter their sacred space and care for them the way we would care for our own family. Honesty, integrity, patience, reliability, and hard work are
