Job Position Description:




Are you a compassionate and resourceful individual dedicated to helping families thrive? We're seeking a

Family Support Manager

to oversee evidence-based, trauma-informed family support services while ensuring program quality, regulatory compliance, and strong community partnerships. A weekly salary of $1,560 is set for this position.

Abbreviated Duties List:



Provide leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of Family Support programs, ensuring alignment with organization priorities and evidence-based practices. Oversee daily program operations, including supervision, coaching, and evaluation of staff through reflective and supportive leadership practices. Establish and maintain procedures that promote program quality, fidelity, and consistency across all Family Support services, including home visiting and consultation models. Assist the Director of Family Stability with contract administration, budget development and monitoring, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Ensure accurate and timely data collection, documentation, and reporting in accordance with organization standards and funder expectations. Serve as a program representative in local and state collaborations related to early childhood, home visiting, family strengthening, and prevention initiatives.

Abbreviated Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Social Work, or a related field focused on supporting children and families. A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in family support, early childhood, home visiting, prevention, or related community-based services. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Demonstrated direct supervision of staff, including hiring, coaching, reflective supervision, workload management, and performance evaluation. Experience administering or supporting contracts, budgets, or program compliance requirements within local, state, or federal funding structures. Knowledge of early childhood systems, home visiting frameworks, family strengthening practices, and issues affecting vulnerable or marginalized families. Requires a valid Oregon driver's license, proof of auto insurance for private vehicle, and access to reliable transportation.

What Will Make You Stand Out:



Master's Degree in Public Health, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Social Work, or related discipline. Training or endorsement in reflective practice or Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Bilingual English/Spanish written and verbal proficiency, including the ability to interpret and translate.
