Position: Family Nurse Practitioner - Wichita, KS (Full-Time)

ModRN Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our clinical team. This role provides primary and preventive care to employees onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day dedicated to virtual care. You'll serve a third-generation, family-owned manufacturing company, caring for employees and their families in a predictable, low-stress clinic environment. The position blends hands-on clinical care with relationship-based health management--helping employees stay healthy, informed, and supported.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based nursing and NP interventions. Conduct onsite labs, diagnostic procedures, vaccinations, and medication management. Triage and manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinating with ModRN Health physicians as needed. Provide personalized health education, medication reconciliation, and post-visit follow-up. Serve as a trusted health advocate, guiding employees to the right care at the right time. Maintain clinic supplies, documentation, and workflows to support efficient, high-quality care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless continuity between onsite and virtual care. Uphold all standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted FNP license Spanish-speaking required 3-5+ years of recent hospital, primary care, or urgent care experience required Board certification preferred but not required Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient management skills Excellent communication, advocacy, and teamwork abilities Comfortable with virtual care technology and onsite clinical practice

Full-Time No holidays, weekends, or overnight shifts Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Clinic 4 days/week; Virtual 1 day/week Salary: $100,000-$110,000/year (based on experience)
