In addition, we have attained the highest level of recognition by the state of Oregon as a tier IV patient centered primary care medical home (PCPCH). Minimum requirements:

Masters degree.

Oregon license

DEA certificate

Responsibilities:

All duties associated with managing a primary care panel of patients, usual patient load is 15-20 patients per day

Compensation and benefits:

Salary DOE
