Job Overview

Don't sit behind a desk. Landscape maintenance and snow services allow for outside work with great flexibility during the winter. We are seeking a dedicated individuals to assist with fall leaf clean ups on commercial landscapes only and provide snow and ice clearing during the winter. Full time landscape positions are available for the right individuals as well. Winter hours are flexible, so there is plenty of time to recover from a long year, or hit the slopes with your friends. Snow and ice work pays time and a half while on jobsites!!!

Duties

Work with a team to clean up leaves using blowers, vacuums, and blowers. Assist with hauling debris to be recycled. Monitor weather conditions and be available for snow or ice work when needed. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment used in snow removal including ATV's and snow blowers. Assist with groundskeeping tasks as needed, including tree trimming, landscape maintenance, and irrigation. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks related to landscaping and tree care. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during snow events.

Experience

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or other physical trades or similar roles is preferred, but we can train the right people from the ground up. Demonstrated reliability and good attendance at previous jobs. Ability to operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
