Facilities Maintenance Technician - General Repair & Plumbing

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance and general repair tasks throughout our facility. The ideal candidate should have strong plumbing skills and be comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of building issues.

Responsibilities:

Perform general building repairs (carpentry, patching, basic electrical, etc.) Handle plumbing tasks: fixing leaks, installing fixtures, unclogging lines, repairing pipes Conduct routine facility inspections and identify issues Perform preventative maintenance Assist with equipment installation and mechanical repairs Maintain a safe, clean work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities or building maintenance Strong proficiency in plumbing, HVAC Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems independently Basic electrical, carpentry, and general repair skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial mechanic

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Assembles, installs pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.

Typical Hours

Monday to Friday: 12pm to 8pm (Variable - May be changed based on requirement)
