Position Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for the Facilities area.

Manage the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinate workflows for the department.

Answer phone and assist contractors, employees and vendors.

Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.

Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.

Audit / analyze department reports and exception reports.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor\'s degree preferred.

Experience in facilities, construction or building trades.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 lbs.
