Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and efficient service check-ins for express maintenance and repair needs. Clearly communicate service requirements and options to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure quick turnaround of vehicles. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Process service orders and manage scheduling to maximize workflow and customer convenience.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive servicing is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in automotive technology preferred.
