Position Summary

The Express / Pick-Up Associate is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer

online orders

while ensuring compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations. This role also supports order confirmations and follow-up communication as needed. The position operates in a high-volume retail environment and requires accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail to support an efficient and positive customer pick-up experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Fulfill customer

online orders

by following established ordering and fulfillment procedures Verify customer identification and eligibility for cannabis purchases in compliance with state and local regulations Pull, stage, and organize customer orders in designated pick-up areas Accurately record and track all order information in company systems Coordinate pick-up orders to ensure timely and efficient service Conduct order confirmations and follow-up communication with customers as needed to ensure order accuracy and completion Provide professional and compliant customer interactions during the pick-up process Communicate with Leads and Management regarding order issues, inventory discrepancies, or workflow concerns Maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Support overall store operations as needed

Qualifications

Must be

21 years of age or older

Valid authorization to work in the United States

1-2 years of experience

in retail, fulfillment, or a customer-facing role preferred Comfortable using POS systems, computers, and basic software (MS Office or equivalent) Familiarity with cannabis POS systems (e.g., Meadow) is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a high-volume environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Schedule may vary based on business needs, including peak hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a

full-time position requiring open availability

Prolonged standing throughout the shift Ability to lift and/or move up to

25 pounds

Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail environment
