The Customer Pick-Up Associate (Will Call) is a key part of our customer experience and warehouse team. In this role, you'll greet customers arriving to pick up their orders, accurately pull and stage products, and ensure each order is complete and ready to go.
You'll work in a warehouse environment that includes freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas, and you'll regularly handle products weighing up to 70 lbs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and providing friendly, reliable service.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers picking up orders at the Will Call area
Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders sent from Customer Service
Print, review, and organize invoices for customer orders
Verify order accuracy (items, quantities, and temperatures where applicable)
Safely operate warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
Work in freezer, cooler, and ambient temperature areas
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate with Customer Service and warehouse team about any issues or discrepancies
Represent TPC Food Service with professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset
What You Bring
Ability to lift 1-70 pounds frequently throughout the shift
Comfortable working in varying temperatures (freezer and cooler environments)
Basic computer skills
Experience with electric pallet jacks preferred (will train the right person)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly, helpful attitude and solid customer service skills
