Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential cleaning environments, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This role involves various cleaning tasks that contribute to the overall hygiene and appearance of homes or facilities.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry, floor care, and carpet cleaning as required. Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens effectively to promote health and safety. Assist in the organization of spaces by decluttering and arranging furniture as needed. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies. Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding job details and updates.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping management is preferred. Must provide proof of liability insurance. Must have reliable vehicle and dependable transportation. Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in floor care. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing special attention or additional care. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
