Job Overview: Vacation Rental / Residential Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vacation Rental / Residential Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that our clients' homes and vacation rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. You'll be responsible for providing consistent, high-quality cleaning services that meet our company's standards and guarantee a 5-star experience for homeowners and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleanings of residential homes and vacation rental properties (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, etc.). Handle turnover cleans for vacation rentals, including changing linens, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, restocking supplies, and staging spaces. Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures to ensure consistency. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition. Deliver reliable, efficient service with attention to detail.
Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience (residential or vacation rentals) preferred but not required -- we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Reliable transportation is required. Must be available to work weekends and accommodate flexible scheduling.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
