Position: Senior-Level Virtual Bookkeeper

Location:

100% Remote (US-Based)

Hours:

Part-Time, Flexible Schedule

Compensation:

Competitive, based on experience

What You'll Do:

Process payroll using

QuickBooks Online, ADP, Heartland and Gusto

for multiple clients File

state sales, tire and transient tax

returns accurately and on time Prepare and file

W-2s and 1099s

for employees and contractors Manage

accounts payable/receivable

, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting through Keeper Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Communicate with clients to ensure their books are in top shape Stay current on bookkeeping best practices

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of bookkeeping experience

, preferably working with multiple clients

QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification

(preferred) Hands-on experience with

ADP, Heartland and Gusto payroll systems

Strong knowledge of

state sales tax laws and payroll tax compliance

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently US-based candidate with
