Job Description

The Caribe Resort

is hiring for the position of maintenance technician. This position requires a minimum of 2 years in household, hospitality, or multi-family housing maintenance.

Duties:

may involve machining, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical, equipment installing, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. This will include inside condo units as well as indoor and outdoor common areas of the buildings.

Must have reliable transportation

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Maintenance Technician: 2 year (Preferred)
