What You'll Do:

Handle apartment repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities Oversee tools, supplies, and equipment Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma/GED HVAC experience required; EPA certification preferred Proven apartment or multifamily maintenance background Ability to be on-call and work independently Basic tools and reliable transportation
