Heart of Grace Home Care is seeking a dedicated and dependable Personal Care Aide Field Supervisor to support our growing team. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and hands-on caregiving experience.
Position Responsibilities & Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and reliable childcare
High School Diploma or GED is
Proficient in Hoyer lift usage
Experienced in providing care for bed-bound clients
Ability to travel across multiple counties
Must be able to drop and go to assist with last-minute call-outs and shift changes
Ability to manage and support a team of 20+ caregivers
Strong communication and leadership skills
Must be a team player with a positive, professional attitude
Willingness to work every other weekend and additional weekends as needed
Must be dependable, organized, and responsive
Must be able to pass a FBI based background check
This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, service-driven, and ready to support both clients and staff in the field.
